February 2006 - Goo Goo Over Grandparents
In February, 2 set's of grandparents braved traffic, airport security, and a 70lbs golden
retriever...all to be slobbered on. Mackenzie can produce a spit-shake (frothy saliva bubbles all over her mouth) in a matter of seconds.
There seems to be no end to the slobber. I think she may have been born with a few extra saliva glands. She might have to stick to guitar as her instrument of choice - I think she is gonna waterlog a woodwind pretty quick.
She has very strong legs now and can stand up for several minutes if you just don't let her fall over. She loves to smile at you when standing.
She also has a new chair that let's her sit up. I think she thinks it's either a horse or one of the tea cups at Disneyland because she always to steer the little seat.
She also made her first trip to the beach w/ the Pikes. She dug it.
