November 24th, 2005 - My First Turkey Day!

Two firsts at Thanksgiving this year - Macks first ever T-day and the first Thanksgiving at Emmet and Julie's house.

I think we will rename T-day to "Pass the Baby" day - Mack got a lot of attention from the grandparents.

It was a big day for Bosley and little Max who we were dogsitting. They were on dish-duty.

Thanks to our parents (or grandparents!) for a wonderful Thanksgiving for us and Mack!

November 15th, 2005 - The Western Saddle Infant Safety Seat

On the western saddle, everything has it's place. There's a place to tie your reigns, your jacket, saddle bags for your snacks and water, etc., etc.

Now, there's even a place for your infant! Grandpa Everett told us they were saddle horn bags for "misc. stuff", but Mack fits quite nicely.

Patents pending. Posted by Picasa

November 13th, 2005 - Kids with Kids

Amazing how time passes. Shannon and Julie have been friends since they were kids in grammar school. Before you know it, their kids will be in grammar school!! Hannah is now 4 1/2 months, and was born in the UK, where mom and dad, Gareth, now live. Hannah tried to get a handshake out of Mack, but it was feeding time, and Mack was preoccupied with other body parts.

November 11, 2005 - Interviewing Babysitters

After a careful interview process and serious discussion, we have decided that Julie's god daughter, Alison, is just too cute to subject her to the rigors of babysitting. Maybe a tad too young as well. Boy, does it make for cute pictures though, huh? Little brother Billy was there to supervise.

November 7th, 2005 - Mack's grandparents and her new fur coat

After a much deserved verbal e-bashing, we are finally putting up some pics of Dad and Susan - actually taken just the morning after Mack's birthday (the birthday, that is). Sorry guys :( Very cute!

Oh, and she has been wearing her new fur coat. We think she looks quite ravishing in it. Soon after this was taken, we learned that it was acutally a dog around her neck.

I don't think she knew the difference. Bosley, on the other hand, was quite aware that he was only a pawn...yes...a blog dog.

October 31st, 2005 - Wonder Pea and Bat Dog!

...meanwhile, back at the Hall of the Justice League, Wonder Pea and Bat Dog thwarted an onslaught of midget witches, spooks and pirates with their super powers: inconsolable crying and slobbery tounge lashings.

As you can see, Wonder Pea regularly uses her parents for superpower practice.

Later, after an evening of crimefighting, Wonder Pea's mild mannered alter ego - Mackenzie appeared. Bat Dog on the other hand, was accidentally overcome by Wonder Peas inconsolible crying. Or extreme boredom, we are not sure which.
